Croatian delegation

In the framework of a European project destined to facilitate the integration of the Republic of CROATIA in the European Union, the court of appeal of AMIENS, FRANCE, will be welcoming a delegation of Croatian judges, prosecutors, and officials of the Ministry of justice from Monday March 26th up to Thursday March 29th

They will be focusing attention on the French juvenile justice system.

The delegation will attend a final criminal hearing of the criminal court for minors of AMIENS, and will meet judges and prosecutors dealing with minor’s cases, as well as defence lawyers.

A careful visit of an educational centre for children managed by the regional non-profit making association ADSEA 80 and of the jail for minors of QUIEVRECHAIN, nearly the city of LILLE.



Croatian delegation


A specific program regarding the investigations through the police (the French “Gendarmerie”), the history and the family of the young offenders, by the Directorate for youth protection by the justice, has been implemented.

The university hospital of AMIENS and its institute for forensic medicine will host a dedicated working session regarding the minor as a victim.
